St. Joseph Catholic Church
Westphalia, MO
Welcome to the home of St. Joseph Catholic Church
St. Joseph Catholic Church, founded in 1835, serves as the spiritual cornerstone of the German Catholic village of Westphalia, Missouri. The massive stone structure of the church building and the interior murals present a beautiful and reflective backdrop for worship. Father Philip M. Kane is the current pastor of St. Joseph Church.
St. Joseph School, located next to the church building, is the oldest school in the Diocese of Jefferson City. Classes began in 1838. Enrollment at the school remains steady and the students thrive on the solid values promoted by our Catholic faith and embraced by the parish family.
